Operation wedding dress is a program for brides and their bridal parties to prepare them physically, mentally and emotionally for the big day.

The 12 week program is a combination of weekly weight management coaching and education, weekly personal training, plus group sessions and stress management to ensure you feel incredible in your gown on that day, and confident in your bathers on the honeymoon.

We understand that planning a wedding can be incredibly expensive, time consuming and stressful task, so our resources and support include the following:

Eating and exercise planner
Meal plans and alternatives for vegetarian/gluten free
Weekly personal training session to tone arms and other problem areas
Weekly 1-on-1 weight management coaching
